About me
Christine Eige is passionate about helping adult ELL students and instructors learn and grow. She has a B.A. in English and Secondary Education from Wartburg College and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Northwestern College. Christine has taught students in Japan and the U.S and has worked for Iowa Valley Community College District in Marshalltown for about 6 1/2 years now. During that time, she has taught HSED classes, all levels of ESL classes, and citizenship classes. Christine is officially considered an Adult Literacy Instructor and Curriculum Designer, but wears many hats and provides a variety of services to support students and instructors.
