With ten years of experience at Iowa Workforce Development and prior service with the Department of Human Services, she brings a deep understanding of both workforce and human services systems. Sara holds a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, which grounds her work in person-centered practices and accessibility. Her focus on partnership development, system alignment, and continuous improvement supports stronger outcomes for jobseekers, businesses, and communities throughout Iowa.
